Savoring A Rainbow

Yesterday we savored the most beautiful double rainbow I have ever seen. I have never seen the full perfect arch like this and I have never seen one so bright in color. I have also never seen a double rainbow.
This video was taken from my parents’ back door. It was like God put it as close to us as possible, as a sign just for us.

And then this sweet boy reminded us why it’s especially meaningful. Because as you’ll hear, a rainbow is a “pah-mis” (promise)!

If the link doesn’t work – it’s Jon Thurlow – Your Faithfulness (from the strong love cd)

My kids and I jam to that CD often – and this song, and then your post, made me smile today! God was covering you with His faithfulness (to Noah, to David, to Moses.. and to all of us.. to YOU!

Beautiful story, thanks for sharing! (We received a rainbow full of color and promises, on the 1st anv of my dad’s death. “Perfect timing”, of course it was…all from God. As we were comforting each other at the cementery, HE comforted us with HIS beauty and promises once again!!)
